We carry out the annual gas safety check on your rental property and issue the Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) for your tenants and your records.

What we need from you
The rental property postcode, the number and type of gas appliances you know about, and access details for the visit. We confirm the appointment directly with you or your tenant.

Does a CP12 include a boiler service?
No, they are separate. Book both together for £159.
How much for extra gas appliances?
The price covers the boiler and one more appliance. Any extra appliances are quoted when you book.
