What we collect
When you request a quote we receive your name, phone number, email address if given, property postcode, your answers about the job and any notes you add.
How we use it
Only to contact you about your enquiry, prepare your quote and book the work. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Job records are kept as long as needed for warranties, gas safety and legal records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email venherlimited@gmail.com or call 07464 838160.
